Any non-faulty item can be refunded so long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For sanitary reasons all packaging must still be unopened and sealed with all original packaging and accompanying material. Essentially, it must be fit for resale. Shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of faulty or wrongly described items, you will be eligible to choose between a replacement or refund. Faulty items must be declared within 30 days of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our customer service agents will be happy to take care of it for you.
Opened or used product
For sanitary reasons we're unfortunately unable to accept returns on opened or used products. Except of course if the product was in any way faulty or wrongly described.
